Fairfield Meat Centre was established in 1982 in a small building in the centre of Parow by Mr Sonday, who had a dream of providing his local community with the best lamb, beef and chicken products. Since its inception nearly 40 years ago, Mr Sonday’s experience and growing expertise have allowed rebuilding and expanding the business to cater to the needs of the larger community.
